Job Overview:
EA Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to help elevate our brand’s voice, manage social engagement, and support the digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with content creation, community management, and social media strategy. You’ll play a key role in expanding our digital footprint, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and promoting the power of analytical solutions through social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with EA Solutions’ brand vision, goals, and target audience.
- Identify new trends in the analytics, data science, and business intelligence space to keep EA Solutions at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Content Creation:
- Produce engaging, educational, and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, infographics, blog posts, etc.) to promote EA Solutions’ services and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure content is aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company events.
- Community Engagement:
- Manage and respond to interactions on all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, building and maintaining a positive brand presence.
- Engage with influencers, clients, and industry leaders to foster strong relationships and further the brand’s reach.
- Social Media Campaigns:
- Plan and execute campaigns to promote key services, products, and webinars to engage potential clients.
- Promote EA Solutions’ case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content to boost authority in the industry.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and community engagement.
- Provide monthly performance reports with insights on growth, engagement, and opportunities for optimization.
- Paid Advertising:
- Manage paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase visibility of EA Solutions’ services to targeted audiences.
- Optimize paid campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within the B2B or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and best practices for each.
- Experience in content creation, including graphics, video editing, and copywriting.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Twitter Analytics).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO and its integration with social media content.
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the analytics, data science, or technology industries is a plus.
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
