Job Overview:
EA Solutions is looking for a Social Media Assistant to help support our social media strategy and assist in content creation, community management, and social media engagement. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and the digital marketing team to enhance our brand’s online presence, engage with our audience, and help promote our services and thought leadership across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Support:
- Assist in executing the social media strategy by helping to post regular updates, content, and responses across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for interactions, comments, and mentions, ensuring timely responses.
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, short videos, blog posts, infographics) to promote EA Solutions’ services.
- Work with the Social Media Manager and marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Community Engagement:
- Help manage online community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Identify opportunities to engage with influencers, clients, and industry leaders to promote EA Solutions’ brand and expand reach.
- Social Media Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and scheduling posts for social media campaigns.
- Help support the promotion of key content such as case studies, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Analytics & Reporting Support:
- Help track social media metrics and assist in preparing reports to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and engagement.
- Assist in monitoring trends and provide feedback to the team on potential opportunities for improvement.
- Paid Advertising Assistance:
- Assist in managing paid social media ads and campaigns by helping to monitor performance and optimizing content for targeted audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Some experience or internships in social media, marketing, or communications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Basic experience in content creation, including graphic design, copywriting, or video editing (basic skills are fine).
- Comfortable using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Insights, or LinkedIn Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Enthusiasm for social media, marketing, and learning new tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and its relationship with social media content.
- Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) is helpful.
