Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent across multiple roles in market research, data analysis, clinical trials, project management, and more. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Identify employee training needs and work with managers to develop and implement training programs that support career growth and enhance team performance.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, provide guidance on setting clear goals, and support continuous feedback to drive employee success.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that company policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with labor laws and regulations in multiple countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand).
  • Employee Benefits and Payroll: Administer employee benefits programs and collaborate with finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Culture and Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and retention. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued and empowered.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Maintain HR metrics to track hiring, turnover, employee engagement, and other relevant data. Provide insights to senior leadership to inform strategic HR decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in a research, consulting, or analytics environment is a plus.
  • HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and employee relations. Knowledge of labor laws in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Technology: Proficient in HR software (such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
